Alex Alzuri originates from the Basque region of
France; Always successful wherever he worked, having improved
and built on each restaurant’s reputation, Alex took the decision to
‘go it alone’ in 1999. The restaurant’s ambience is built on the beliefs of Basque culture; being renowned for warmth and “bien etre”. Alex has authentically translated this traditional atmosphere in his restaurant. Ideally positioned, in a town centre location, between the Railway Station, and the International Conference Centre, this cosy, informal restaurant offers an excellent collection of conventional and more adventurous Basque based cuisine.
Biscaya Bay provides an excellent venue for simply
meeting friends, discussing business or perhaps exploring a romantic
